Good day, eh!

I'm still way back on page 49 as I haven't had any time to check in and catch up.

However, I did get all of my pics posted on my Dropshots website this morning. So they are now there for your viewing pleasure.

But I thought I would post pics from the Dismeet as I have been hounded by my Mexicanadian to hurry up and post them.

So here they are:

First ones from the day Gaylean joined us. I might have already posted them but oh well.

Unfortunately, I had left the picture taking up to Shannon for that day so that's all the pics we got. Will have to wait until I get to the video that I recorded. Particularly one section where I recorded our trip on the grizzly River Rapids. Gaylean is looking forward to that getting posted!

And now for some pics from the actual Dismeet.

We met at Dave and Buster's at the Block in Orange. Which also has some shopping of which Shannon and I took advantage and did our best to help with a Canadian stimulus package

We started with a meal where the big discussion was to have an actual meal or just start with appetizers.

Venetia, Bubba, myself and Jon in a tight Nascar race. It must be noted that I was at a severe disadvantage: Everything was in MILES and not kilometres!

It should also be noted that Venetia is a bit of a demon! Don't get in front of her as she will drive THROUGH you. She flipped Bubba over at least once. Guess love ends at the race track! LOL

Again I must give credit to Gaylean for great planned event and a great time! It was certainly a hilight of the trip and we are already looking at how we can do it again! Thnx Gaylean!

And thnx to everyone who took the time out of their schedules to come and see us and make it so great! We really had fun and already miss you all.

I must apologize for the lack of pics. I got so caught up in just having a good time with everyone that I forgot to take more pics.

Great pictures Ken. You saw a LOT of characters!

With a 7 and 4 yr old who like the characters, you are always on the lookout. Plus having two character meals helps you see quite a few too.

OH MY GOSH!!! I CANNOT believe you guys are all still going! Wow! I was feeling very sad and missing our trip so much I decided to pop over and just lurk on some of the boards, and here I find you all!

I haven't kept up at all since probably Julyne of last year, so I won't pretend to know what's been going on with everyone, but I'm glad to see the group still active. I glean that you had another meet recently! That's awesome! Are some of you still planning a reunion cruise this Fall? Wish we could go. Unfortunately we're "stuck" with a trip to Hawaii for Alison's choir, (Just Alison and me) so no family vacation for us this year.

We did finally make it to WDW for 9 days in December, using our DVC membership that we bought on the cruise. It was wonderful and we loved it but we all agreed we'd rather be on the Magic!

I've been desperately trying to figure out how to fit in another cruise next year, but between Erik starting college and Alison's gymnastics competition season, I just don't see a time we can all go. I HATE having a son in college! (Well he's not there yet, but I'm anticipating) You just don't have the flexibility to up and go like we did in High School. And as much as I know the day is coming, I'm just not ready to go cruising without them yet.

Anyway, just wanted to say HI! I'll go back to reading what you've all been up to for the last year!

Willie game update (yes Paul txted me with stats all thru out it)

Final 11-7 ( much tighter than the prior 2), top of the 3rd winning 6-2 and we got another triple play, that makes for one each game so far. Either our boys (& 1 girl) are good, or those other teams suck. ok a bit of both....

So thanks to Ken and Shannon (and Shaelyn I suppose) Brooke wants to get glasses like Shaelyn. She says she is the prettiest girl and she wants to be just like her. Thank goodness she didn't ask to go blond

Oh ya and I joined twitter...another thanks to Ken. I don't know how to use it because I have no followers but I guess it gets better, right?

Get her some sunglasses and then you are set! I do know that Shaelyn was asking when she gets to see Brooke again.
