Oh, and I didn't get to weigh myself yesterday because we skipped Tyler's OT to get the TV. And he has no OT next Monday because she's on vacation, so the following Monday I'll finally weigh myself. I don't want to anywhere else because I want to use the same scale every time. That will be 3 weeks between weighing, so I'd better see some results!

The chime? :confused3

Edited to say that I had to go back and listen again since I had the volume too low at the beginning of the clip to catch the chime. Thanks for pointing it out. Your clip trumps mine!

Thanks... I just thought we could all use a little Magic right about now... (although I wonder if that was the Wonder.... :confused3 )

Embarassing isn't it? Still untagged however!! Had to get rid of some of the cheers as I had too many images!!!

You are so like your mum Michelle.

Tags are just colored sayings... You are a gem... and we're keeping you...

& thanks for the thoughts about me and mom... I notice it much more as I get older... I will have to scan in the picture of my great grandmother... I look just like her...

Good Morning All.

I heard on the radio that we may reach a record today here in Chicago. It's supposed to be 64F and sunny!

We all still know that this is just freak weather. It will plummet again.

I was amazed on my mile walk home from the commuter rail yesterday evening, just how much snow is still around. You would think that after 3 days of above freezing weather it would be gone. It just goes to show how big some of the plowed piles were.

It was so nice on the walk home. No sweater under my coat. No scarf. No hat. No gloves and there was still light in the sky! It's the little things you know.

Walking home naked again???

I spent most of yesterday (Monday) at the hospital with her. They put her on a beta blocker and were ablr to get her blood pressure to 130/90...which is much better than the 200/105.

The protien test came back good ehough that decided they wanted her to go home and try and wait a few more days for the baby. She goe back tomorrow night again for more tests.

So I guess this is a long answer to a short question, The situation is day to day and wait and see. Right now she is 36 weeks.....so everyday counts that they can not deliver the baby.

Well... good luck... I'm sure she'll be fine!!!

Yeah, I know, but there are multiple yellow, white, and red spots to plug in on the TV and they all say something different, so I have to read the section in the book on hooking up a DVD player. My cord coming from the DVD player is black, so the colors don't help me. I should have time to do that tonight.

That one goes in the Video IN one... (can you tell I took TV production in college... :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: ) (and journalism...)

Hi V!!!

Hi V.............and

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HALEY

:cutie: :cutie: :cutie:

:cutie: :cutie: :cutie: :cutie: :cutie:

How is your hair so straight?

I didn't know I had wavy/curly hair until I cut in in 6th grade... until then it was long and straight... and I've hated it ever since...

Don't be nervous. If you are queasy just keep your head up by her head. My mom stayed up by me until she was born and then she went and looked at her instead of watching them sew me up :scared1: I didn't even notice she was there. It just hurt too much to think about it. I was glad someone was there to hold Brooke. I don't like holding my babies when they are messing around "down there" Hopefully she has an epidural. If not she may say mean things to everyone ;)

Think we can get Lisa an epidermal?

Is it a projection, plasma or LCD? There could be an issue with burn in on a plasma, but I don't think so on either a projection or LCD.

Oh I have no idea about electronics. My BIL reads up on everything so I'm assuming he knows what he is doing. Jon did think it was weird though because we have had our TV for 2 or 3 years and have it on the setting where everyone isn't stretched out.

I eliminated all fast food (except for Subway every Monday), no sweets (except one piece of candy a day if he asks, from his leftover Christmas candy) and stopped giving him more food when he'd ask. He doesn't ask anymore, because I just kept telling him he's not hungry, it's just the Risperdal making him think he's hungry. He's fine with it because he's gotten used to normal child-size portions and healthy foods. The problem is with his dad. They have fast food every day he's over there and he lets him eat those awfully fattening breakfast sandwiches (biscuit with sausage, egg and cheese) and usually TWO of them. :sad2: He buys him candy whenever they go to the store and they have sweets for dessert every night. Just unhealthy stuff. I've been after his dad about it, but he tells me he just doesn't have time to do anything but drive-through after work. yeah, whatever. He's just not willing to go the extra mile to help his kid be healthy. :headache:

Ethan could polish of three of those things. Plus the hash browns. He loves fast food in the morning  Plus he would drink soda like water, if I let him  Ethan can eat off the adult menu and does, if we let him. He always wants fish though. I was so mad because on the cruise, where it is free, he didn't order off the adult menu. He said everything was different the one or two times he did order off of it. I ordered a fish dinner once and he liked it but he wouldn't order it for himself the next time we had it. He always ate blackberries for dessert and was happy to do so because I only buy them when they are on sale. They eat them all in one day so I can't see spending $5.00 on them. He really didn't eat that much for dinner but he made us order room service at 2:00 am every night. I think our schedules were all messed up. I know it would cost you but maybe you could send some easy healthy snacks like fruit or veggies so he can eat them on the way to get the fast food.

willie wears them everyday, and tries to leaves without a sweatshirt, now even Molly tells him to get his sweatshirt

He's crazy and I'm freezing right now and it is 3:00 pm. I am always really hot so it is strange for me to be cold. Brooke wants to wear skirts with no tights and so I let her once so she would leave it alone and it warmed up  So now she thinks it would be fine every time. I don't mind if she wears them and then takes them off at lunch because I don't even think it is 40 degrees in the morning.

I like my hair straight or curlier if that make sense :confused3

Tennessee is turning cold again. For those of you in warm weather climates, I am really jealous of you right now. Time to go to night class.

Hi All....just saw this from E News.....Holly this one is for you!

'Lost' star says Smoke Monster secrets to emerge

Actor Daniel Dae Kim, who plays Jin, said in an interview that the origin and nature of the malevolent dark cloud will be disclosed and viewers will even get a glimpse of its lair. Turns out the monster is as "old as the island" that's been home to the Oceanic jet-crash survivors and their foes.

Kim also cautioned against expectations that his character, Jin, will reunite with his wife, Sun (Yunjin Kim), even though Jin survived a freighter explosion and Sun returns to the island after escaping it.

Those events don't mean "they're particularly in the same place or chronologically in the same time," Kim said.

As for the atomic bomb that showed up in the "Jughead" episode, he said the show's producers rarely give something such prominence unless it counts in the island's mythology.

"That's a huge red herring if it's a red herring," Kim said, suggesting the bomb could help resolve plot points as the series ends in 2010.

Perhaps the time-traveling that's popped up this season might be one of those.

Shannon, Jackie......very interesting. Got some new theories now???

We already know that Jin is not in sync with the rest of the island because he just met Russo while she is young and still prego.

Maybe the bomb is preventing the babies from being born healthy and alive???

What do you mean the series ends in 2010???

:rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

Steak (small), brocolli and salad.

Be like the movie stars...don't even look at the menu, just tell them what you want and how you want it prepared. (Then get a big surprise when the bill comes.)

I don't think Nan will mind me posting this pic....it proves that we WERE together at AKL on Christmas day!

We were looking at Will's hair - he had red stuff on top and a green Mickey head on the back.

I just tried looking at the menu, but they don't provide nutritional information.

A turkey burger with a salad with dressing on the side would be good.

I did find this site, and they provide approximate points too.

Ian - I opened that site & what's the 1st thing I see???

CHOCOLATE ANGEL SWIRL CAKE!!!

Nope, it goes in the one that says ANT. The antenna plugs into the DVD player and the DVD player plugs into the ANT spot. I had it right all along, I just couldn't get the TV on the right channel to work. Like my old TV, it needs to be on channel 3 to work, but it wouldn't go to just 3 for some reason, I pushed a bunch of different things on the remote, something that says Input and then 3, I don't know, but I figured it out so I could have a GIANT SIZED Jillian working my you-know-what off today. It was hard to do it after skipping a day.
