Bringing along hubby, son Isaac (10), daughter Olivia (7). Kids super shy, so I hope I can convince them to participate in all of the fun!

We just returned from a 17 day roadtrip from Montana to San Diego and back. 6 days at Disneyland and the others at various friends and family along the way. Good times, but we are tired and have been out of the internet loop for most of that time. Which I must say has been very nice....but, I am so glad we are back and logged in today since I need to book Palo and excursions for our friends traveling with us! I had not given it any thought as to when booking would be!

Yes, this is their 3rd with us so I am really glad I decided to catch up after we got home this afternoon!

I LOVE Cheesecake Factory too. They have on in Tampa (about 45 mins away from Sarasota, where I live.) What is your favorite dish? The menu is so big I always like to hear what other people order.

My fav dish is the Chicken Bellagio, coming in a close second is the Chicken Stuffed Tortillas.

Honestly, I've only been there the once, and the menu is so big! My friend and I shared some appies, something we love to do, can't remember which ones though... the best part was we took the cheesecake back to the hotel cause we were so full and after a dip in the hot tub we all splayed out on the floor of our room and watched the DL fireworks Now I'll always remember that when I think of Cheesecake Factory... and The Big Bang Theory of course

On one of our cruises, we each had postcards that we used to put a recipe on the back. That way, you knew where people were from and then had a recipe to share! I'm from New Orleans, so I put my family's Jambalaya recipe on ours the last time!

This is an awesome idea!

Ok all... what port excursions are you going for (if any)

Cartegena: Do one of the DCL tours, I think Jason wants to do the Chiva Bus Panoramic Tour
PV: we are going to do on our own, I've been there a few times, we will just do the markets walk, eat and drink at Cafe Roma and walk along the Malecon
Cabo: again probably will do this on our own, my aunt and uncle go every year so I'll ask them what's good, but may decide on a excursion at the last moment

I'm just putting together some questions for the Secret Mickey will post them soon! I'm excited to do check-in and bookings tonight, that and relax, I made all our invitations, put them into and sealed the envelops and addressed them, now to hand them out/mail them... flower consultation tomorrow and have to organize the favours, have my dress hemmed and steamed, and finish the tentative seating plan but it's all coming along!

Secret Mickey


Secret Mickey is where participants are given a room to buy a gift for and the recipients stipulate whether it is a gift for all occupants of the room or just some, i.e just children, and give details of what the recipient likes such as princesses, fairies, toy story etc. Much like a Secret Santa.


Rules:
Maximum/minimum amount of gifts (for example: 3 gifts during the cruise and then 1 gift at the reveal moment.): TBA (let me know any preference)
Participants can be set up the way you want (ie, the whole stateroom, a couple, one child, two children, one adult, only the adults from a stateroom, only the children form a stateroom).
A maximum amount of $ for the total of gifts. Amount:TBA (again let me know preference here)
Cut off date for signing up is: April 6th (gives one month till cruise)
Reveal moment: Last day at sea, will determine time and place


Please send one pm thru DISBoards per Secret Mickey (if you participate as a couple then you are one Secret Mickey but i need the info of you both. If you have 2 kids that you want to be seprate Sectret Mickey's send 2 pm's).
The info send to me by pm will only goes to your assigned Secret Mickey.

So far every day they are offering Brunch still has openings for a party of two. I can't check for bigger parties as we are only 2.
