WBC - Waterslide height restrictions

Hello: For the WBC resort, I understand that the height restriction is 48". Can children wear life vests if they are not 48"? My daughter is a strong swimmer, can she prove that she can swim and use the waterslide? We have had that happen at other resorts. Are there lifeguards on hand?

Just wondering what the rules are to set proper expectations.

We were there last week. There were lifeguards at both slides.

I heard the lifeguard tell a parent at the Pirate Ship slide because it is dark and they can flip over inside the slide, they do not want little ones in there.
They measured my 48" daughter at this slide too.

You can ask, but I think they enforce the height at both.

48" although the one at tower 3 seems to be a little loose on that. There is Alice guard sitting right at the entrance on the pirate ship slide so it is enforced better. No life jackets or water wings allowed. You must be able to swim on your own.
