I used Vacation Strategy for my 1st visit this past November, and was happily surprised at how easy and great it worked out. At 2 weeks out from my arrival date (or 10 days, cant' recall) I did call WBC directly and confirmed that they had a reservation in my name and for my correct dates, and they did.
