Planning ahead for our next visit, which will be in early May. We travel with other family members and usually rent three or four two-bedroom units. We've always checked in on a Saturday, and were always in the same building, but next year we might have to check in mid-week. What are our chances of being in the same building? I would hate for us to be spread out across the resort.

I checked for Wednesday, May 6, just to get an idea of availability. There were 1, 2, and 3 BR deluxes available for 7 nights, but all of them indicated you might have to move.

WBC no longer takes requests for room assignment, but you could call the resort or ask on checkin about being in the same building. I think they will accommodate you if they can.

Thanks for checking! I think we will try to arrive on a Saturday if at all possible. Moving mid-week would be worse than being in different buildings. :scared1:

It's very rare that Wyndham actually moves you. It's as big a hassle for them as it is for you. They would have to clean twice for nothing, so they try to avoid moves. WBC is a very large resort, so they have enough flexibility that you probably will not have to move.

If you're staying on Wyndham points, you might have to use two reservation transactions.
