Ways to thank a CM?

I remember years ago...like back from my 2004 visit to Disney, that there were special cards or something you could hand out to CMs for going above & beyond/adding pixie dust to your visit. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? It was a way to say thank you if I remember correctly.

I think taking the time to send an email is the best way. Your message will be shared with the CM, and it also let's their bosses know that they're doing a great job, which could eventually add up to promotion or recognition for the CM.

The best tning to do is go to Guest Relations or ask for a leader in the area and let them know. This way,the cast memeber is recognized by leadership and it will go on their permanent record card.
