Ways to save $

Going to RPR In July with family of 4...any shops nearby that sell package beer and soda. Going for 8 nights and looking to save a little money...any tips would be appreciated...(2 boys, ages 12 & 13)

From what I remember there are not any shops you can walk to off site. Plenty of IDrive by car.

Hi closest is Walgreen's opp Wet and Wild, worth the $5 cab ride for soda etc, what u can do to save a few $ is get the free shuttle from RPR to wet and wild do some shopping on I-drive then get a taxi back, thats unless you have a car and are mobile

We are taking my dad's cooler down with us that plugs into the wall like a frig. We are bringing water, and beer with us. We are also bringing the kids their favorite snacks to have in the room and by the pool. If you are flying in I guess you wont be able to do this. I am like you...looking for all the coupons I can find and bringing along some extras to save some money. Did you book your hotel yet?

Yes we are book into the RPR in July. Can't wait....yes we are flying in so the cooler is out of the question..good idea though...

you can purchase a styrofoam cooler in the bottled water or beer aisle at publix (grocery store nearby) it's only $2.99 and all the free ice you want at RPR (we did this last year & it worked out great!!!)

we use the car service from the airport and they give us a free grocery stop and we buy the foam cooler and all the drinks beers and goodies for the week works out great
