Way early but, anyone else on the 10/25/03 Magic?

Like I said, way early. My parents were just on the cruise and booked themselves and my husband / I on the cruise for next year. I am eagerly reading the boards and am going to go crazy by next year.

We too will be sailing on the 10/25 magic. We just got off of the magic on saturday and had an absolute blast, so we cant wait to do it again. There is a thread Calling Halloween Cruisers that you might want to check out. It was from a bunch of us that just sailed, and some also will be sailing next halloween. We are hoping to keep the thread alive until then.

Us too! I booked back in June and it seemed SO far out then, but every day it's getting a little closer.

Glad to meet you all - we will be there also - My Mom (Lilly -73), my DS (MIchael - 8) and I (48) will be on that cruise! We started already getting Halloween things for the 31st (Castaway Cay Day Party). Just can't wait! We even have our favorite room booked AGAIN! So "welcome home" to us will really be "welcome home"!

RAE: I just read the page about your little girl. What a sad but beautiful page. I was in tears. We too are organ donors in my family, I think that is a wonderful selfless act to do in a time of tragedy. I am so sorry for your loss! God bless you and your family and give you peace.

Mdvasquez - Thank you for chosing to be organ donors. It's the really only human thing we can do - to, at least, think about the possibility of donating and then act on what we feel is right for us.
The tragedy in losing Kayla would not overweight the joy of having her in our lives for those 7 years. My sadness is that so many people never got to meet her or be touched by her - she was a beautiful person as well as a wonderful child.
Thank you for your note! That poem has been used by many organ donor organizations and at several memories over the years and I am just glad that God gave me the words to put into the inspiration I had to write it.

Okay, now for our 5/03/03 cruise - Let the countdown begin!

DH, DS and I were on the 10/26/02 cruise as well and we did get to meet Dena. We also met some others from the "Calling Halloween Cruisers" thread. While we were on that cruise we too booked the 10/25/03 cruise.
We are looking forward to it and have already started making plans. I cannot wait.

Rae: I don't know if it will work out but DH & I are talking about booking either the 5/3/03 or 5/10/03 7 day cruise. Not sure yet if we will do either.

Got to go. Way past my bedtime. I am still on cruise time.

Welcome Rochelle to the 10/25 cruise thread! Nice that you have already met Dena and maybe others from there will come along on ours also.
Always nice to meet people ahead so the "preliminaries" and "small talk" can give way to some good memories and laughs!

The 5/3 will be me, Mom and Michael same as the 10/25 one.
Tom can't get off as much time as we'd like so he opts for Christmas and days here and there. The closer he gets to retirement the happier I am! Or at least I think I am!! Less than 10 years now!

I found three look alike pumpkin shirts for the 10/25 cruise - my Mom is definitely not the t-shirt type but she will wear it just for me (isn't she nice!) So the three of us will be easily identified and maybe we can have other identifiers like we did with the 9/28 cruise this year.

It's so hard NOT to get excited about all this!
