Waves and Wishes

We are going for our Honeymoon in March 2011. I was thinking California Grill then Wishes after ( I have heard the view is awesome!) but was wondering what people think about Waves? Can you watch the fireworks after and get a good view? How is the food? Noticed it was only one DDP TS and California Grill was 2 TS

The Wave is on the Contemporary's first floor and it has no windows, so you would not be able to view fireworks from the restaurant. There's a public viewing area on the 4th floor of the Contemporary but I'm sure you'd need to be there early.

The 4th floor observation deck which is located just past the Fantasia Market is a great place to watch Wishes, however it's best to get there at least 25 - 30 minutes before it starts if you want to get a spot right up front.

If you get an earlier ADR for The Wave, you can go up to the outside viewing platform on the 4th floor later.

I think with that time you should be seated right away and you should make it for Wishes.

Oh that's more than plenty of time. You should be out of there in an hour or so at that time, and that's taking your time. Could just take the 10min walk to MK and watch it from Main Street!
