Wave lounge recently?

Has anyone been to the Wave lounge recently? I know the restaurant is open, and have a reservation, but am wondering if the lounge itself is open. DH and I love to end our Disney days with a nightcap somewhere, but not sure that's possible nowadays! Thanks!

I would think the lounge got caught up when Florida closed all bars that didn't serve food on June 26, I hope I'm wrong though.
