I saw part of an infommercial thing for WATP this weekend and I have since been thinking about ordering. However, when I went to the website it looked like there were several different tapes (regular, abs, etc). Which ones are the best? Do I need to get the regular ones and also the ab ones if I want to target that area, etc? What about that strechie thing or the ab belt?

I know that Target also sells each tape individually for $6.99.
so I didn't get that set. Several people have reported that their ab belt broke.
). Anyway, I try to do one of them 3-4 times a week. I started with the 1 mile without the weights. I went out then and bought my own 2 lbs weights and now most of the time I do either the 2 or 3 mile depending on how I feel. Sometimes I do the weights, sometimes I don't. She says in the tape, the most important thing is to keep moving once you start. Use the weights when you feel strong and don't use them if you don't. Sometimes I even do the weights for a short time and then just continue with the walk. I really do love these tapes. I can feel I'm getting more toned, I think
