I saw part of an infommercial thing for WATP this weekend and I have since been thinking about ordering. However, when I went to the website it looked like there were several different tapes (regular, abs, etc). Which ones are the best? Do I need to get the regular ones and also the ab ones if I want to target that area, etc? What about that strechie thing or the ab belt?

Any help would be appreciated....

Hey Becka! Well, I only have the 3mile tape and I love it. I think it all depends on what you want to do...I hope to get another tape soon for variety....
There are so many choices...hopefully one of our more experienced WATP Wishers can help!!!

All I can say is that I do 3 miles once a week and 2miles (of the 3mile tape) 4 days a week....and it works!!!!

Hi Becka!
I have the 3 tape set that came with the water weights. You don't have to order these online. You can find them at Target, Sports Authority, Sams, etc. :) I know that Target also sells each tape individually for $6.99.

I like having the three tapes because Leslie always gets in the weight workouts in the tape. I noticed that if I was using the 2 mile tape to do 1 mile, we didn't have time to get through the weight workout before I needed to quit.

The 2 different sets are just that - different. I really need to tone and firm my upper body and arms so I went with the water weights. It will be a while before you can even see my abs  so I didn't get that set. Several people have reported that their ab belt broke.

I am sure which ever set or tape you chose, you will get results. It is just a matter of where you want to focus your energy! :) I do my pilates for my core strengthening and WATP for cardio. Let us know what you chose and how you like them!

Becka, thanks so much for asking this question. I wanted to know too.

Geetey, that is good to know, I need to make a trip to Target, maybe this evening :)

Kamy, no wonder you are doing so well, look at you! So determined and motivated and working out regularly! When I grow up I want to be just like you, I truly do. You are my hero :)

I got the 3 DVD set at Target a few weeks ago. I can't remember the price (I think I must be getting old;) ). Anyway, I try to do one of them 3-4 times a week. I started with the 1 mile without the weights. I went out then and bought my own 2 lbs weights and now most of the time I do either the 2 or 3 mile depending on how I feel. Sometimes I do the weights, sometimes I don't. She says in the tape, the most important thing is to keep moving once you start. Use the weights when you feel strong and don't use them if you don't. Sometimes I even do the weights for a short time and then just continue with the walk. I really do love these tapes. I can feel I'm getting more toned, I think:p .

I've heard different ones here talking about the ab-belt and like Geetey said it seems a couple of them have talked about it breaking. I'm not really sure what it is though, so I can't help you there.

Becka we bought our set at wal-mart for 24.99. We bought the WATP for AB's w/the belt it includes the 1,2,&3 mile tapes. We did the mile tape about a week or so just to get use to the routine of it. Now we do the 2 mile almost every night. There a lot of fun and very challenging for us since we have a lot of weight to loose and 30 minutes seems to be easier to come by than 45.LOL Also my husband let me order the series she offered a few weeks back on QVC. The series is two tapes every 60 day my first set was the morning mile w/legs and evening mile w/ab work at the last 10 minutes. Both tapes are 30 minutes each. I really like them. The morning one encourages you to use hand weights but there not supplied with the series. I really enjoy all the tapes i have and would highly recommend you check them out. You can still order the series and most all her tapes from qvc.
