I have been doing Atkins for 2mos now and during that time I haven't made excercise a priority. Well, this morning I did my 1st WATP video. It was the express video. I feel as though I got a good work out and since it is only 30 minutes, I think it is something I can definately do regularly. Has anyone else done this video?How does it compare to the other videos?Are the other videos a lot longer?time is definately something I am short on. Well, I feel better that I did this today and I think it will boost my energy level for the day. Have a great day everyone!!
