Waterproof pouch for sale?

Does anyone know if they sell waterproof phone pouches/bags at either water park? We are scheduled to leave Tuesday and just realized I should probably get one! If they had Disney themed ones or not crazy expensive ones I’ll just grab one when I’m there. The Disney Store has the cutest one online but it would never make it in time!

I just bring a quart sized ziplock to throw my phone and battery pack into if it pours.

Also, your local drugstore (CVS, Duane Reade) might have makeup pouches for sale, those designs can be cute and most of the ones Ive seen are supposed to be waterproof in case of makeup spillage.
