I have been to Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard beach before about 10 years ago with the teenagers. This time it is just me and DH. We are going to spend more time relaxing than on the rides this time. Can anyone suggest a good spot to bag sunbeds. We want to be in a quieter spot with a little more space, but still near the toilets, somewhere to get a drink, and near an entrance to the lazy river so we can cool off. We can't afford a cabana though. Any suggestions please?

You could rent 2 chairs, a table, an umbrella in a dedicated area in each of the parks. We love doing this at TL as it is next to an entrance to the lazy river, near toilets, right next to the refill area for the refillable cups you can purchase for the day and next to an icecream place and counter service stop but set back so quiet :goodvibes This was around $50 for the day and I'd say it was more worth it at TL than BB. TL was more set back and seemed more managed. Also if you go when it rains... them umberellas are worth their money :rotfl: you can sit and ride the storm out and then go into a half empty park :thumbsup2
At BB we usually just use a locker, we don't stay very long there... TL = :lovestruc

Hopefully someone be able to tell you of regular spots... i'll be interested if someone has one in BB :goodvibes

There is a lovely quiet spot not too far from Crush 'n' Gusher, it is around the back of the main shop & lockers and there are always plenty of sunbeds and chairs when we go there and not too far from an entrance to the lazy river, its between point 7 & 8 on this map:

It is also very close to the toilets and a stall selling drinks and snacks! Dont let the fact that it is near Crush 'n' Gusher put you off because we have sat there a lot of times and it is always lovely and quiet and kinda tucked out of the way from the very loud wave pool :thumbsup2

I'm gonna remember that spot, we normally camp out at the side of the wave pool as your walk clockwise from the entrance, after the second bridge. But I think the posters spot above is better.

That looks like a good option to me. Thanks!
