Water Transportation Between Disney Springs & Disney Resorts?

Any news yet on whether the boat transportation between Disney Springs & the Disney Resorts will be back?
I'm planning a trip October 11th -23rd and staying a few days at Saratoga Springs. I've always enjoyed the boat ride to Disney Springs and was hoping it would be running again by October.

No word from Disney yet. Speculation (guesses) is that it will reopen around the time or after the Port Orleans resorts reopen in October.
