Water trampoline?

I am searching and searching, but can't find anything on this subject. Does anyone know of a beach on St Maarten/St Martin or St Thomas/St John that has things like a water trampoline or iceberg to climb? My family would like to do something like this since we missed out on it in Cozumel when we did the Western (bad weather). Thanks for any info!
