Water Sprite Seating Question

I am, somewhat nervously, taking my two children (7 and 5) to WDW in August. I have fun memories of renting the water sprite motor boats on the seven seas lagoon, and I think my kids would love that. But, being by myself, I could only do it if the three of us could go together. I know we'd fit (were all kind of small), but I don't know if that would be allowed. Does anyone have any insight? Am I out of luck?

I am not sure if you can still rent them. You should look into it, maybe in the hotel section of the Disney site. I thought that some of the hotels got ride of boat rental, like maybe Poly. But there weren't that many on the lagoon, so maybe there's none left. It would be a bummer though. I have always wanted to rent one.

ALL of the MK area resort marinas rent the little speed boats.
(The MK area is the best place to ride them, but they are also available at the DTD area resorts, and Epcot resorts too.)

Depending on timing factors, there can actually be lots of them on the water.

They are still available.
They are now called "Sea Raycers."

If you can all fit, they MIGHT let you all ride, but the Sea Raycers are listed on the Disney site as "fits up to 2 Guests."
The weight limitation is a max. combined weight of 320 lb.
