Water rides/ sprinkler rides for little ones

Hey guys,
What water or sprinkler type rides at US or IOA are good for someone about 40 inches tall? DS, age 4 1/2, is 39 inches so we're feeding him nothing but peanut butter and cheese till we go this fall! Kidding! Really! But seriously, even though he'd love the big rides, he's just too little.

if I ran the zoo and one fish, two fish are nice water areas in IOA. there are sprinklers in toon lagoon to play in. at the Studios, the curious george water park and fieval's playland have plenty of water.

The curious George area at Universal could keep kids busy all day, they just never want to leave. At IOA spend some time with Johnny the Mystical Fountain the kids have a ball with him and there is opportunity to get plenty wet.
