What Disney Water Park is better for a 4-year old?

Any advise would be great!

Blizzard beach for us -

My 5 yr old can't wait to get back - there is a secton scaled just for kids about that age - called Tikes Peak.
It's very clever in design and has unique activities for them to do, like jumping from iceberg to iceberg without falling in to water below!

I'd agree BB is the place to go. Tike's peak is great for the younger kids (under 7), but the area with the icebergs is the Ski-Patrol Training area for pre-teens (that know how to swim) is pretty cool too. I've also taken my 3 yr old down the tube slides and even the speed slide that uses the foam mats (only the straight down hill, as the slalom style one empties into a deeper pool at the end), he loves it.
