Do you like to bring your own towels or rent? DO you bring shampoo, soap etc? How big are those lockers? How comfortable are the shower areas and changing rooms?

I'm just curious if you prefer to shower and change there or if you just like to go back to your resort to fully change and prep for the rest of the day/evening?

Thanks for any input.

always take own towels. We rent just 1 large locker & use it to store valubles, Cash etc. Our clothes we just leave in our bags next to sunbeds, can't see anyone wanting to take my shorts etc!!!! they'd be too big for anyone else!!!!!!!

My DD & I take shampoo & shower afterwards, but I think my boys just get dried & dressed. Always found the showers clean & warm & changing rooms fine.

Always take suncream & hats, we Brits aren't used to the hot weather.
Also snacks to eat & our waterparks refillable mugs.

Also take waterproof shoes/sandals as the floor can get very hot.

We usually take towels from our resort pool and then you can leave them in the bins at the waterparks as they are the same towels. We usually just have a quick shower to get ridm of the chemicals and then have a shower and wash our hair when back at the resort. Then we rent a large locker to put our clothes in and our money/camera (we like to take a waterproof camera as well to the resorts especially TL so you can take photos on the shark reef. We then leave our towels, water shoes and my sarong on our loungers to save them. We don't bother to take food to the parks, we buy it there so it is less to carry. We then have very few things to carry back to the resort.

We take towels, hats & a small bag for sunscreen & a water bottle. One of us wears a plastic case we bought at TL years ago. We carry our room key card, AP's, room safe key, credit card (if staying at Swan/Dolphin, otherwise we just use the room key), & about $20 in cash in the case. We put most of the items inside a ziplock bag inside the case to keep them dry. This always works out great for just the two of us, but I could see where a family would need a locker. We love the water parks at WDW-went a portion of 4 different days last April!

Thanks for the helpful and reassuring info.:)

I hadn't thought of taking the hotel towels to the park...;)

We always bring a couple of crummy towels from home. That makes is easy to spot our towels in the sea of white ones. We went to BB just before heading to the airport on our last visit, so we used the dressing area to take showers & change. They were very nice and roomy, but typically we just go back to the resort to get ready to go out later.
