Water parks in July

I was wondering what the water parks are like the weekend of July 16th??? My son is going to the Sea World Ocean Explorers camp on the 18th so we thought we would spend the weekend before we droped him off. I have never been to either water park and I was wondering how the crowds would be this time of year. Also I have an 11 year old and a 2 year old......anything we could do together???

I would be there as closing to opening as possible. With the heat of the summer, the water parks fill to capacity early.
