Hi !

DH and I with our DDs - 15 mos and 3 yrs old are heading for Orlando in May.

We would like to bring them to one of the water parks and will appreciate if anyone can advise which one is best of kids of these age.

- Blizzard Beach
- Typhoon Lagoon
- Wet "n" Wild
- Water Mania

It seems that Water Mania has more kiddie play area? However I wonder how it compare to the other water parks overall?

Thanks ahead!

Of course the biggest difference here is that 2 are Disney owned. They are more of a theme than just plain water parks. So it really depends on what you are looking for. As for Water Mania and Wet n Wild you may want to ask about those on the Orlando Attractions Board.

Which feature in a water park would be the most important to you?

As Kilee stated the Disney parks have more of a theme and are well, "Disney" but the best water park (in my opinion) in Central Florida is Wet N' Wild. I have lived here since 1995 and while I like Blizzard Beach and Typhoon I would choose Wet N Wild over them (if you can sacrifce the themeing). Water Manina on the other hand just scares me... never been there, but from the road, I would not go. Wet N Wild has ALOT of "different" things not just your trpical water slides and wave pools... and their childrens section is really big. Here is a link to their wen page:
