Water parks 1st week of December?

Hi -
We usually visit the last week of January, and its cold for water (in fact, the last 2 years, both parks were closed while we were there.) This year we are going the first week of December, so, for all of you December visitors, will it be warm enough to swim? Will a water park be open?

Our friends who went in November said it was too cold to swim. I dont think its any warmer than January and remember how much time you spend at a waterpark wet and without towels.

We did a water park in 12/2000 and 11/2003 but too chilly in 12/2002. There's no way to tell.
