I like Typhoon Lagoon better IMO. My favorite is the wave pool and DH loves to swim with the sharks. Since I live in Boston we get enough snow here, seeing it on vacation is NOT acceptable!

We haven't been to BB yet, but TL was the highlight of our trip with our 10 and 5 y/o's. My DH was a big kid there too

Very tropical, relaxing and fun, I would definitely recommend you try it.

We like TL better, to. In fact, we're bummed it will be closed on our trip. The wave pool at TL is great. Slides are great, too. Everyone has their own opinion, but I bet your kids will love TL. It seems that the older teenagers like BB beter because there are more slides.

We like them both as much in different ways. I would say that TL is more relaxed than BB and we never seem to need to wait as long for the slides (peak season August), however the rides there are not as thrill like as BB. I would definitely try TL out next time and then you can decide for yourself.

Yes, try TL. Our family loves it. DD10 spends at least half the time in the surf pool. That's nice because then we aren't standing in line for slides as much. The shark reef is fun, too. We love the setting and theming. Even though BB is fun, our favorite is TL.

We LOVE Typhoon Lagoo---try to make 2-3 per trip...love that castaway creek...nothing better than floating around and relaxing!!! And the wave pool is awesome!!!! We tried bb and just really didnt care for it too much....

Yes! I just read about it in the newest issue of Disney Magazine! That is what made us decide to go to TL instead of BB! I can't wait. I wanted to go to TL instead anyway (there is no way anyone in our family is going down that big slide at BB---maybe when the kids are older they will do it, but not now, so TL seemed like we would do everything there).

We will be there in June for our first visit!
