Water Park/Theme Park Passes?

I read somewhere on the boards that the WDW water parks cost more money. Can passes be used at the water parks as well as theme parks?

The only time you can use the passes for water parks is if you have the plus options (via MYW Plus Pack or the MYW Premium ticket). Otherwise you would need to buy a separate ticket to the water parks.
