When does the hours for waterparks come out? I have noticed there is no waterpark hours after November 4th. We have Hopper + tickets and plan to go to the waterpark a couple of days during the day but our trip is not until Nov 29th to Dec 8th.

They often come out quite late. I would look at current hours and plan that they will probably be quite similar to what is offered now or, close a bit earlier. Unfortunately the best suggestion we can offer.

For your dates, expect Blizzard Beach to be opened and Typhoon Lagoon to be closed. They did something similar in the spring as they transitioned from BB to TL: BB's hours were only listed until a certain date, and they took their time announcing when TL would open, but they always had a water park open. It threw a curveball for those trying to reserve a cabana at their 60+ day mark.

They do list that BB is part of the "Holidays at WDW" at https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/events-tours/holidays/

Our vacation dates partially overlap, so maybe I'll see you there!

Oh nice. I was hoping that it would be open. We have never been to BB. I will be very happy if that is the case.

They announced that Blizzard Beach is opening on November 6th. Didn't see that Typhoon Lagoon would close, but I would almost 100% expect that to be the case.

Thank you. Super Excited to Finally do Blizzard Beach. If anyone has been what is that not to miss attraction?

Summit Plummet is the most thrilling one, and I think still one of the tallest water slides in North America, but it is not for the faint of heart. I got a pretty gnarly bruise on my hip from hurtling down that thing and bumping into the sides of the slide.

I told my 10 yr old I would go down first and then let her know if I thought it was going to be too scary for her, because on the way up there, she wasn't sure if she could handle it, but by the time I rode down and pulled myself together to warn her, she was already on her way down too. Sure enough, she loved it and I ended by looking like the wimp. Go figure.
