Water Park refurbishment schedule?

I could have sworn that one of the water parks would be closed for refurbishment during our trip 9/25-10/2 but now I can't seem to find the info anywhere

Can anyone help me?

That was last year. Due to Typhoon having to actually have the Lagoon replaced BB was closed during September and TL from the end of September until March 22.

The normal closing will either be the last Sunday in October or the first Sunday in November for TL for nine weeks (which takes it to the weekend after New Year's Day) and then BB closed for nine weeks, taking it to the middle of March.

The reason for TL to be closed first is that BB is already decorated for the Christmas Holidays and there is no need to spend money on the decorations for TL.

So most years (presuming no major refurbs like last year) both water parks are open through October? It would be great to hit both. We aren't going this October, but I've already got my eye on next year at that time ...
