I was listening to the Podcast discussing kids and BB. One subject that was raised was the pricing or value.

The following are Child prices (ages 3-9) not including tax.

Obviously the most expensive is the one day water park ticket, which is $41.

But for more than one visit it becomes almost dirt-cheap.

If you already have a MYW ticket, adding the Water Parks Fun and More Option is only $55 per ticket ($27.50 for Florida Residents). This allows two water park entries on a one or two day ticket, and a number equal to the number of days on a three through ten day ticket. And if you have a ticket with the No Expire Option you can still use the water park entries after all the theme park entries are used.

The real bargains are the Annual Passes. For $80.50 (less than two one-day water park tickets) you can get a Water Park Annual Pass good for a full year and both water parks.

And, for a Florida Resident the After 2:00 Water Park Annual Pass is only $48.

And for Adults (ages 10+) a one day ticket is $49, the WPF&M Add-on is still $55 or $27.50. And the AP is $99.95 or the Resident After 2:00 AP is $60.

So any ticket for more than one day is extremely low daily prices for the water parks.

And one side note, for Florida Residents is is less expensive to add the WPF&M to your regular ticket than to buy a one-day water park ticket.

Also, we give a discount of 10% on the one-day water park tickets to Passholders or DVC Members, but these tickets are only available at the water park ticket windows and are only valid on the date of purchase.

My son Christian is wanting to go to blizzard beach wile we are at Disney for his make a wish in September. This is not included in his wish trip. We would have to pay for it out of our pockets. Any suggestions as to discounted tickets? We would really love for him to go!! Thanks!!

Check in at Guest Relations at BB. I Know that at TL we will "gate" in MAW/GKTW families at no charge.

Thank you so much for the information!!! We will give it a try!! :cool2: It's great to hear that you do that. thanks!!!!

U r so right Cheshire Figment!

When I was listening to the podcast, I was thinking the same thing...

Several years ago I bought 10 day no expire tickets and paid $50 for the water park option having never been to a water park. I figured at $5 per visit... I couldn't go wrong.

We now do the water parks once or twice a year - and at $5 per person - what a bargain!

May have been the best deal I have ever made at WDW!

Here's one to add to your list CheshireFigment of ways to save on water parks...

In 2008 we added WP&M to our tickets for the $50 (at the time) and then we got non-expiring, which I think cost like $85 on our 6-day ticket. For that $135, we got 6 days at water parks that never expire. We used two in 2008 (one for TL and one for PI - which was still open at the time). One in April 2010, and one in October 2010. We still have two left, one of which we'll be using this November, and the last probably in 2013 which will likely be our next trip. We figure we paid about $23 per water park visit. It's a great way to do it for a visitor that only goes once of twice a year. When these run out, we'll probably do it again.
