We are planning to go to Blizzard Beach in the morning and then hop to Typhoon Lagoon in the afternoon so I want to know if there are buses running between the two water parks ? And also if there are buses between Downtown Disney and water parks? TIA
At this time, I don't think there are buses running between the water parks. That could change, as Disney experimented with direct buses for a while earlier this year.
If not, you would need to transfer. Up to 2pm, you would transfer at a resort, such as Pop or AoA. After 2pm, you would transfer at Epcot.
There are no buses between BB & DTD. Between TL opening & 11:30am, there are buses from TL to DTD. Between 11am & 2pm, there are buses from DTD to TL, but you can get from TL to DTD by taking a bus from TL to a nearby resort (such as SSR) and staying on the bus, as it will return to DTD after the resort.
After 2pm, all Guests arriving at or leaving TL must transfer at Epcot. Since there are no buses from Epcot to DTD, you would need to transfer again at a resort to get from Epcot to DTD. You might want to consider taking a cab; although DTD West Side is right across the street from DTD, there is no pedestrian access between the two. A cab can drop you at the West Side, or at the Disney Casting Center across the street from the Marketplace, which does have a pedestrian crosswalk.
