Water Launches at POR - Where Do They Go? When Do They Go?

Does anyone know where the water launches at POR take you?

Also, how often do they depart and are they a good, reliable means of transportation to and from the parks?

Any and all insights are greatly appreciated!!

the boats are to downtown disney or to the other PO resort.
they usually run every 20 minutes or so, but can get really crowded and have long waits for DTD at night.
