Are there water coolers or fountains in the parks?

Yes, all of the parks have water fountains all over the place. You can usually find a couple near any rest room facility, and it's not too unusual to find one inside an attraction (I'm thinking of the BTM queue at MK).

If you finish your bottled water, you can load up on COLD water for free all day long!

Yeah...I think most of the queues have water fountains somewhere along the line.
