Or any of you parents with formula fed babies, what did you use for waster in the parks? My son doesn't like cold water so just grabbing a bottle of water won't work and I hear the water from the tap doesn't taste so great. I'm worried about the airport as well since we can't bring liquids with us

Pre fill your bottles before going through security at the airport and just have them tested by the TSA.

Order a case of water and have it shipped from Amazon and then just bring room temp bottles with you each day to the park or prefill each morning

You can bring water/formula on the plane, just let them know at security that you have it. Or you could buy water after that point.

Like PP said you could have water delivered to your hotel, if you need other stuff you could look into garden grocer as well.

You can have water delivered to you at the hotel from a service, just don't refrigerate it. Also you can get water at the baby care centers. It is cold, but there is a microwave you can use to warm it...they may also have bottle warmers (I'm not sure about that) as I used the premixed formula while at Disney.

This is what we did in August and it worked great!

We are renting a car, so we are stopping at Walmart for diapers, formula and bottled water (plus some snacks and drinks for the adults!). I plan on taking enough bottled water with me for the day to make her bottles--it will be room temp. I'd normally be fine with tap, but the Florida water tastes yucky to me.

For the airport, I just took an unopened water bottle or two with us. All I had to do was tell the TSA person I had the water bottle for the baby.

Since we had a car we bought a gallon or two of water at the store. It was cheaper to get the gallon size than to get the individual bottles. Before we left home I calculated how much water I would need for the bottles so I knew what I needed to buy. It was much easier to just have a jug of water sitting on the counter than to deal with small water bottles. We pre filled the baby bottles before we left the room each morning.

If you dont have a car, I'm almost positive the resort gift shops sell nursery water (for a steep price, I assume).

We ordered Ready To feed from amazon and had it delivered to the hotel. More $$$ but so worth it for the ease of use. Depending on your brand you can get a case of 8oz bottles ready to go.

we brought a small brita filter pitcher - we were able to then use water in the airport as well as prepare bottles w/water & added the powder formula when needed - you need to start w/water first so it was easy to do it - we used the formula container one time - and then the packets the other time (one time my son was only 5 months and drank small amounts - the other time he was older & could use the 8oz packets) - and then we could use the filter at home -

First trip with DS he was 4 months old . We took the Magic Expess to CS. Moments after check in a family spotted us and asked if we needed bottled water . It was their last day and they wanted to sprinkle pixie dust.

Good thing because I had not thought of it. Saved us a lot of money and convenience.
Yay!

How do you go about ordering from amazon? Do you give them the address of the hotel? How do you know it will arrive on check in day?

Even if the water is cold when you buy it; it won't be cold forever. Just buy what you need, maybe heat up the first bottle if it's too cold and just keep the rest in your room. YOu can also order from Garden Grocer, just to have a case (or less) on hand.

Yep just put in the hotel as delivery address. We have Amazon Prime so we knew it would be 2 day delivery but you could order about a week ahead and probably be good.

Here is what I used http://www.amazon.com/Similac-Advan...2119857&sr=1-1&keywords=similac+ready+to+feed

Doesn't have to be refrigerated and we just kept it at room temp.

Buy a Brita filtering water bottle. Go through TSA with it empty fill it once your through. Yes you can take liquids through checkpoints I just find that the less stuff they have to test and less hassle the easier it is so an empty bottle (even with a little bit of water left over) is way easier then having more things for them to screen when your dealing with a little one. I know Charlotte-Douglas actually has installed fountains for water bottles that automatically shut off when you take the bottle off. Then at the parks find a fountain and refill as needed, that way it's always with you and the filter should take most of the "Florida taste" out, it wont be cold, and your not stuck carrying around multiple bottles of water all day.

We are flying too and won't have a car. I just ordered 2 35-packs of water from Garden Grocer. They were $8.99 a piece. More than you would pay at the grocery store, but a lot less than buying bottles of water at the resort/parks for 5 people over the course of 9 days!
