Water delivered to condo?

I was reading another post, where people were ordering cases of bottled water (mostly from Costco.com) and having them shipping to their Disney resort.

I'd like to do this, but we're renting a townhouse at Terra Verde. Can I get a case of water delivered there, or would someone have to be present to sign for it?
