Also it should be noted you can always get a cup of ice or ice water from anywhere that has fountain drinks. Also the water in the drinking fountains at Disneyland has to be refrigerated, this is required by state law, now some drinking fountains are colder than others and the ones that get used more don't get as cold becaus erht water doesn't have the time to do so.
