I just adore this movie. Everyone is so memorable and hilarious particularly Shirley MacLaine's character Ouiser. My DH likes it too even though he would never admit it.

I agree, taht's got to be about the best line! I LOVED Shirley McClain and Olympia Dukakis in that movie. In fact I think Olympia is probably one of the most underrated actresses of all time.

Oh God I've seen that movie a 1000 times, one of my favorites scenes and they are in church and Dolly has just said to Shirley McClaine, or what it Olympia any how "you've never done a religeious thing in your life" "When I was in college me and a friend dressed as nuns and went bar hopping"!
