DP is away to Spain on a golfing weekend.

I've been to the gym this morning. Then came home had a lovely breakfast. Dised for a while and then watched Narnia, Flightplan and The Breakfast Club. Just had my shower, getting ready and going out for a meal and some cocktails with my friends. Bliss

The highlight of my day was winning £60 on the Grand National, but apart from that we've spent most of the day trying to mend our toilet (how exciting - eh ???)

I've been shopping for Easter eggs this morning. DS has his best friend round this afternoon he bought his guitar for a 'jam' session (need paracetamol urgently ) I'm taking them to Mcdonalds for tea in a while

ive been bridesmaid dress shopping with dd she is a bridesmaid in august and we got a lovely gold and ivory dress from a shop in warwick, then we had some lunch with the bride and her mum. just got back in time to watch the national !

Well Florence, I was up at 6am to take Vicki to her friends house as they have gone to Alton Towers, I was then pleasently surprised to find Tesco''s open on my way home, so I did my weekly food shopping, which was all put away by 8.15am. I then went to the local Retail Park where I managed to lose £119, when I say lose, that was into their tills Marks and Spencer took the brunt of it Im afraid.

I then watched the national, looking for my horses, but they obviously preferred the paddocks to racing, now Im dising and tonight I have the pleasure of a Chicken Tikka Massala and a glass or two of white wine.

We have been to DH's Sisters Naming Ceremony for her 2 boys.
It was lovely, and one of the boys is one this week so it was a joint birthday party for him too.

The in laws just popped into ours for a cuppa after and DH is just doing a quick bit of DIY and then we will be cooking dinner and having a beer/wine or two before falling asleep in front of the TV as usual!!

Tomorrow is our last but one day of DIY and then the house will be ready to put on the market on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Well we collected DH new car, then off to Metrocentre, to return a pushchair we bought for DD to help us on holiday.

We then went Easter egg shopping, and more holiday clothes for me

Off to show DH big bro his new toy the car, off for a ride they went i stayed with sister in law, and DD played with the kids.

Back home where we have sorted through clothes and seperated what needs washing and what needs ironing, got cases ready to pack.

Pizza tea, and DD is now having a princess tea party with Cinderella and Minnie Mouse.

Rest of the evening is relaxing with a couple of Absolut CUT drinks, on special at Netto £10 for 24 bottles.

Today we went to the Nursery that Joseph will be going to in June. It was the nursery's 1st Birthday

I worked from 9 till 3, did a little shopping then picked up DD from a friends birthday party.

Gonna watch some more ER on DVD tonight

DH is in Boston for a week so bribed DD with 101 Dalmations so I could lie in til 7:30! Lunch at my Mum's and then home some NickJr and bathed the kids together for the first time (DS nearly exploded with excitement!) Just put them both to bed so a quick bite and bit of Dising and then a really early night

Went to beach with kids for picnic. Very cold so we stayed in car and went for bracing walk afterwards.
Back in time for National. DD8 highly delighted that she won £15 as her horse came in 1st. We are buying King Kong DVD with the winnings.

Well my day was much less interesting than any of those yesterday, we just went bin shopping for a new kitchen bin although I did get to watch Narnia when I got back

Well we had to get the car sorted out
after putting it off the road on friday night
we were heading to the pictures and it started to snow and the next thing we knew we were in a small river Thank God we are OK , not that I can say the same thing about the car ,
our local garage has given us another car for the time been

But as long as we are ok Thats the main thing

I won € 11.50 on the National
spent €20

so thats my weekend for you

We had a nice day yesterday. We had a lazy morning then walked round Nottingham, buying a few bits and bobs, including a new outfit for Evie - why can't i resist baby clothes!!! We had some Mexican food whilst out then came home to watch Phantom of the Opera om DVD.

I've lay in bed all morning reading magazines whilst DH kept Evie entertained. I've just persuaded Evie to go down for a nap while i do some ironing.

Kaylee - we visited evie's nursery for september this week as well.

Today was meant to be a relaxing day, the traditional old fashioned sunday before the shops opened. Lasted all of 3 hours.

We went up to the airport to ask BA some questions seen as they do not answer emails. DD got all excited for 10 days time. We all got the holiday feeling, watching people pulling their suitcases and checking in. BA was not much help with questions.

We then went ot Halfords to price up locking wheel nuts for DH car, did not buy, as i said wait til after holidays, he also wanted a cover for the spare wheel, which they do not sell, so back to the dealer it will be and pay for a one that advertises for them.

Went to ASDA to take back my swimsuit, too big, the top part (rather it was the bottom half that was too big )

Back home where i had a little zzzzzzz's Now starting tea watching Lilo and Sitich.
