Man Hurt While Boarding Disney World Ride

A 70-year-old man was injured when he was pinned under a ride at Walt Disney World while attempting to board it, authorities said. The man, whose name was not released, fell off a conveyor belt while getting on Peter Pan's Flight about 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office. He apparently fell into the path of the next vehicle on the conveyor belt, authorities said. The man was flown by helicopter to Orlando Regional Medical Center. His condition was not immediately available.
