wat should i pack

Well, it depends on which cruise you'll be on; 3, 4 or 7 night.

However, I think it's safe to say you will need shorts, tops, khakis, bathing suit, sneakers/walking shoes, sandals, water shoes. A cocktail dress for formal/semi-formal night. Slacks will do for the other nights. Appropriate footwear for dinnner. Underwear. Sunblock. Deodorant. Toothbrush. Toothpaste.

I am being silly.

Resortwear for days and dinnerwear for nights.

based on my trip last year:

far less than you think you should....

I'm packing RIGHT NOW so here's a sample:

Me:
one formal dress (2 nights wear)
2 casual dresses
1 medium dress (Palo)
1 tropical dress
1 capris/top

4 shorts
6-8 tops

3 bathing suits + cover-ups

That's the bare necessities IMO + all accessories, undergarments, etc.

For DD:
1 formal dress
1 semi-formal
5 other dresses

5-6 shorts
6-8 tops
2 bathing suits + coverups

more shoes than mom!

I don't mind doing 2-3 loads of wash (total). I'll probably try for Tues (St. Maarten for us) as a lot of people will be off ship and it's early enough in the week to avoid the crowds. That keeps us from having to take double "day" clothes (we're going to be gone from home for 11 nights), undergarmets, pjs, etc.
