The loser in me made me sleep till 10:30 this morning
The winner in me made me get up and make myself tea & toast and while waiting for those I washed the leftover dishes from last night, made the washer/dryer exchange, and put supper in the crockpot Now I have to shower & get ready to bring my 2 kids to my niece's birthday party at McDonalds Should I take the aspirin now?
I've never been there, Denise...I think they have them in STL, though. If it's the same place, my 9-year-old niece highly recommends them...
Scaling Mt. Washmore today...where DID all these dirty clothes come from? Oh, and I have to shovel the driveway--AGAIN. I am so done with Winter already.
My wife is the organizational guru in our house. Me...I'd be happy with stacks of stuff everyone within arms reach! We're still trying to dig out of Christmas as wel. We always promise ourselves we're not going to over do it with the kids and of course...we generally break that promise the day after Thanksgiving!
Here...hiding from DH. He's on my 'list' tonight... I am taking the high road, however, and letting him shoot down planes while I surf around here, there and everywhere...
It was fun and maddening and fun all at the same time. I kind of missed the singing robot rat though.
Jen, sorry that your DH is on "the list". Boooo! to winter too. Our neighbor has these pine trees on the side of his yard that block the sun so our driveway is a sheet of ice all winter long too. I hate feeling like I am going to fall at any minute. I told my DH that we should spray some Round Up next spring.

I hate the ice thing too. We spent days chipping over an inch of ice off our driveway before Christmas. I found I had muscles I never knew I had. THought we might have to chip ice yesterday after Saturday's freezing rain but it all melted and dried up overnight. Weird, but I'm not complaining!
I've got to get groceries today or they'll fire me as mom. That's not so bad, right?
I have DS home, too. I haven't determined just how sick he really. I get to be ::cop: to keep him from and the rest of the wii, just in case he isn't that sick. He does have the classic strep symptoms so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.
