Morning
Kids don't start school till August 26th and that week is all messed up anyway ~ they're off Monday, go Tues, Wed, Thurs, off friday through Monday and go back Tuesday full time/regular schedule. Michael is IMPOSSIBLE to wake up regardless so that'll be fun

Tori bounces out of bed wether it be 5AM or later

I am SO not a morning person so sometimes her enthusiasm to start the day can set me off
Well, found out last night that Michaels 1st game is in 2 weeks

That should be interesting to see a bunch of 7yo's running around playing tackle football

Last night was the 1st practice with full gear on and I think some of the kids are starting to realize maybe it's not for them. We had 1 knock down kid crying, another 1 go down but up pretty quick, an asthma attack, and 1 kid ending practice bawling "he's not coming back." Up till now it was more excersise, cardio, get prepared for pads than actual hitting each other so this was a wake up for alot of them. It doesn't help that I know some of the kids are in the 55 pound range and Michael is topping the team with a couple other kids at 85 pounds
Teeth (well gums) seem to be healing ok. The top stitches were driving me crazy so I pulled them out myself last night

Still have the stitches in the bottom but I'm about ready to yank those too

But I have to say that overall it wasn't a "bad" experience. Not that I would sign up for the heck of it but I was expecting that constant pain like when I throw my back out. No real consistent pain so that was good.
