Wasting away again in Loserville-(all welcome to grab an adult beverage and come in)

Sorry queenie:flower3: cant blame the caffiene bc it was last night hmmm blame the kids thats it blame the kids....
ALWAYS blame the kids!:thumbsup2

Someone please put me out of my misery
I HATE this weather and the frickin pollen, the past two morning's I have waken with my sinuses all clogged & now my throat hurts. I'm sure half of it is due to standing out in the rain watching #1DS's baseball game. Yeah the rain showed up about 45 mins into the game :headache:
They would have won last night if #1 the ump had a pair of glasses and actually called a ball in the dirt a ball instead of a strike, or a ball in the strike zone ( right at the kid's chest) a strike instead of a ball. And #2 the same frickin ump actually used little league rules & not ones for HS baseball :headache: I mean come on these are 8,9 & 10 yr olds they don't know half of the stuff he was calling.

Wasn't around much yesterday, just lurked a few minutes ( I forgot to sign off so it looked like I was on all day and night  ) Spent the day cleaning the living room and doing laundry, kid free :cool1: (FE took the twosome to run errands & went to McD's for lunch).

Today if I feel better I might do something else around the house or just might take a nap.
:headache: Take a benadryl and take a nap. Sounds like you deserve it!

:lmao:

Thanks Turbo.
I have some Hot Tamales leftover from last night's game that are looking really good right now too.
mmmm...Hot Tamales. I once bought a huge (like 2lb) bag when pregnant with DS. DH was deployed overseas and I had a day or two where I fed DD real food and then ate only Hot Tamales for my dinner after I put her to bed. Don't know how I did it without my mouth overheating--must've neem a pregnancy thing. I can't eat very many at once anymore, but I still  them.
Y'all I forgot to tell you this. Yesterday I got a letter from AAA congratulating me on winning a contest I had entered with them I won 4-4day tickets to WDW!! These will come in so handy for our December trip, because I think our 10 day tickets were down to just a couple of days left.!! The only thing is that they are not park hoppers, so I don't know how that will work out for us. I probably will try to upgrade to PH, since we have never tried to do one park per day. we will see, but boy, that's a pretty cool "MAJOR AWARD"!!

Yay for me!!:yay:
  I bet you can upgrade those, to PH and even add 10-day non-expire. I am still trying to talk DH in to a trip next spring. So far it's a big no-go:sad1: .

Alright I've been winner enough for the day. DD had 7:30 am ortho appt. It sucks but it's better than taking her out of school. I always go at opening or right after lunch because I hate to sit and wait. Then ran to Walgreens for the super deals, to Target to return something and buy Mother's Day cards, then to WalMart to kill 20 minutes before I got my hair cut. I came home, did some laudry and vacuumed some of the house so now I'm taking a break! I deserve it, right? Need to go to the P.O. and then to Lowes later for some flowers for my porch. But first, I'm gonnna go do the riddle....:cool2:

I was new here a month or more ago, and have been really bad about keeping up. I recently got a new puppy, and man that is like having a new baby again!! ;) She is adorable. I'll try to post some pictures of her soon. Glad to see the Loser thread is still going...

I am going to try to be better about keeping up, now that we seem to be on a routine ;) She is a little poop, but soooo cute!!!! I posted some pics on the "just kidding" pit bull thread and even started a new one about her, that you may see. Maybe I'll load a different one on photo bucket and put it here.
I am feeling very loserish today. I need to run some errands, and buy more flowers to plant, but here I sit!

Welcome back...nice to see that furry face again!:goodvibes
:rotfl: My life has gone to the dogs, but this time it is a good thing
Is everyone loving spring??? I know I am! Glad that the stupid, long winter is finally gone! Now to shed a few pounds...........
yeah right.........

OK I have dranken so much coffee today I am debating whether to have wine or food to counteract the effectsl. I didnt get my usual nap in today so had to keep myself going with java.

My nails look very pretty. It is weird not having man hands anymore though. I got french manicure on both my hands and feet.

Tink there is no way benadryl would work on my moms allergies. We live in such a bad smog area and pollen area it is awful for her. If you find the benadryl isn't cutting it anymore the zyrtec really works.

Hi

I like the sound of your group, do you mind if I pitch a tent in the corner somewhere, I will be quiet...

It is Friday night isn't it? in honour of the fallen and to welcome the new faces I have dug around in the suitcase and found these - enjoy!

Morning!

Bavaria, thanks for the chocolates!

TD...grab a chair and stay for a while. You don't have to be quiet...we value obnoxious.

Welcome Tequila Diva!

Today is crazy running day. Get DS5 to school, run some more errands, pick him up from school, drive all the way to my mom's to pick her up to watch Ds5 while I take DS10 to the Dr for the asthma thing. My brother needed her car so now I have to get her, and she needs to be here bc the only time the PT can come is when I am at the Dr with DS10. Then get DS10 out of school early and attempt to find the other Drs office.

Before I try to brave the Dining board, and I'll admit the prospect frightens me, I thought I would check with you guys first.

Do any of you know what the character dining choices are at Disney World for lunch? I only know one, the Garden Grill at the Land in Epcot. We've done that once and it was nice. I'm hoping to find something new, but if we have to repeat that one I'll live.

With DS6s condition, I don't want to book a breakfast because I don't want a set time that we have to be somewhere in the morning. I prefer to eat in the parks for character meals because we can plan to be at that park on the day of the reservation and not have to go back and forth to another resort. Dinner is usually more expensive, but if there is a reasonably priced dinner at one of the resorts that might work. The boys are at an age where they prefer the main characters (Mickey, Donald, Goofy, etc... or Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, etc...), but I'm open to any and/or all suggestions.

Any thoughts?

Crystal Palace, it has Pooh and gang. We went there for dinner (they do lunch too) and loved it. That's the only other character meal we did. I don't think your boys would want to do the other one we did, it was Princesses.

Liberty Tree Tavern does a dinner character meal - I think it starts at 4PM so you could do a late lunch/early dinner.

Crystal Palace is great because there is such a wide variety of food!

All right so it is ONLY 9:30 & I have gotten 2 kids up, dressed, off to school, checked a birds nest that the dumb birds decided to build in the top of my kids wooden fort/swingset to make sure there are no eggs in it so we can take it down, gone to work, left work to attend a book fair & art fair at my sons school, back at work, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh is it NEXT Friday yet :headache:

Ugh I have a total meat ph0bia. I can't cook chicken, steak, pork roast or anything like that it grosses me out. So last night my youngest begged me to make bacon. I like bacon, well I did. It was so nasty. Slimy, greasy and like stips of flesh. I told her never again don't even ask me. I was totally skeeved out.

I am going to be a total loser today and as soon as the people get here to do do my new internet fios network I am taking a nap. DH can deal with all that. I have slept good but haven't gotten much of it over the last couple of days.

I am still trying to get my kids out the door.
I hope everyone has a nice day.

The only time I had a meat aversion was when I was pregnant with both kids. It literally made me throw up!

We did character lunches last time. I never knew if DS5 would konk out
and one night he did he feel asleep after AK and almost fell asleep in his dinner at the Concourse Steakhouse.

We did lunch at:

Garden Grill
Crystal Palace (food was excellent)

This time we are doing a late breakfast at H&V (dont know if the Playhouse characters are of interest) and I have been trying to do the same thing at Tusker House with Donald but so far no luck. Chef Mickey you could do the same, late breakfast since it is just a monorail ride away
