Wasting away again in Loserville-(all welcome to grab an adult beverage and come in)

Don't forget about me :wave2:

Never:flower3:

Well today is crazy, library this morning meanwhile the OT shows up sometime, my mom will be here to get her started with DS5. Then take DS5 to school, then grocery shopping, the cupboards are bare, then go get DS5, try to beat the bus back, get DS10 to get his homework done, then off to his baseball game for him to play on his limited basis.

I'm sorry. I didn't mean to forget anyone, I was just in a panic last night.

MNFootball, PrincessPAC, MoniqueU, IAHD, hrh_disney_queen and anyone else I may not hve named in my rush, I am sorry.

The boy is supposed to have a half day of school today. He's not getting up.I yelled at him twice and even sent him a text message. Looks like he'll be in for a day of putting up with grumpy Mom. I'm gonna go back to bed myself, I think. Wake up when it's time to wake Katie up.

Someone please put me out of my misery
I HATE this weather and the frickin pollen, the past two morning's I have waken with my sinuses all clogged & now my throat hurts. I'm sure half of it is due to standing out in the rain watching #1DS's baseball game. Yeah the rain showed up about 45 mins into the game :headache:
They would have won last night if #1 the ump had a pair of glasses and actually called a ball in the dirt a ball instead of a strike, or a ball in the strike zone ( right at the kid's chest) a strike instead of a ball. And #2 the same frickin ump actually used little league rules & not ones for HS baseball :headache: I mean come on these are 8,9 & 10 yr olds they don't know half of the stuff he was calling.

Wasn't around much yesterday, just lurked a few minutes ( I forgot to sign off so it looked like I was on all day and night  ) Spent the day cleaning the living room and doing laundry, kid free :cool1: (FE took the twosome to run errands & went to McD's for lunch).

Today if I feel better I might do something else around the house or just might take a nap.

I'm sorry you feel icky, Tink. Would a Twinkie make you feel better?

Thanks Turbo.
I have some Hot Tamales leftover from last night's game that are looking really good right now too.

They're pickin' us off like fleas here...who do we have left? :headache:

Lara, Linty, Dorky, Mkrop, Shay (cuz she's back)....? Issat it from the bunch a month ago? Whoa.

No wait, we still got Tink, Fraggle, RV, mrob ( sorry your dis name is so close to Mkrob's...and I am easily confused...)

I'm just sad we lost the flaming baby and the mooncat today.

:sad1: I'm still here too!!!:snooty:

Hey kids. Checking in.

Mad at DH over my plans vs. his plans for our trip to Orlando in Sept. Not nearly as mad as I was over my trip to the grocery store yesterday (:lmao: ), but just frustrated. Why do husbands always have to be such downers?

Supposed to be a winner today. BIL is coming to stay a night or two next week, so I need to make the place look presentable. We have activities tomorrow and Thursday, so I won't get much done those days.

DD fell asleep early last night (7:30-ish), so she of course was up before 6 today. I have a feeling I am going to have a super cranky girl on my hands by this afternoon! (outside play + no nap= early bedtime)

Okay, that's all for now. Off to watch the last half of Wonder Pets with DD before we both get to work!

Later Losers....those of you that are left, anyway...:guilty:

Tink, have you tried Zyrtec? It is now OTC and my mom suffers from horrible allergies and it has helped her. I hope you can find something that works.

I just made over 70 waffles for my daughters class this morning. Not from scratch, I am not that good. She has testing this week and volunteered me to do a breakfast.

We are going out to breakfast and to get our nails done for mothers day. WOOHOO. I still need to jump in the shower and do my hair.which I don't like doing since I have so much of it.

My husband is off tomorrow and the next day. We are going down to see my grandma who is very ill.

I hope everyone has a nice day.

I usually use Benedryal Allergy & Sinuses, but silly me didn't think I would need it last night for the game :headache:
I should have taken some when I went to bed with #2DS (after his nose bleed) but I was afraid I would have passed out before I could get him back in his own bed.

Funny story...

DH is from a really small town, like 900 people. His dad was the town marshall when he was growing up (aka chief of police). So that made it even smaller.

Just outside of town is a florist, I usually call them up to order flowers and stuff for Mothers day and other things for his family.

I had forgotten that the husband of the family is a retired teacher from the school DH went to. Anyway, I called and asked to place an order for delivery to my MIL. I think this is the first time I've talked to Mr. Schiller. I usually talk to his wife. So, he says lets see if you're in the system and I was. He asked how things were going. I said very well, just waiting on the baby to come this summer.

As I was placing the order and spelling DH's name he replies that he should remember how to spell his name since he had him in school. As we're finishing up the order he asked if this was our 2nd or 3rd kid. I said it's our first after nearly 15 years together and 10 years of marriage last October.

He replies to tell DH that his high school biology teacher says he didn't need to spend that long practicing to have a baby!!:rotfl:

Gotta love small towns!!!

Tink I'm sorry you are Sneezey..at least you're not Dopey!

I have been lurking since this morning. Friday night I just threw up my hands in disgust and walked away from the Dis for the weekend. It felt good! But I couldn't stay away.

:sad1: I'm still here too!!!:snooty:

We love you Nat!

My DH is not a WDW fan by any measure. The best reaction I get out of him is if we stay at WL. That's not so much a positve reaction, but more of "missing negative reaction." I plan everything, don't ask him one thing except give him the dates. He teaches college, so we pretty much know when he can go. Then we pile in the truck and I tell him which resort to go to. He has no input other that getting his body there. Once we are there he may have a little fun, he does this for the kids.

You are still approaching winner momdom with this action, missy. Watch it! My DS10 is testing today, too. I think I forgot to give him his meds this morning, I hope he does OK. I could call the nurse to have her give him one that I have up there, but I am not SURE I forgot...Don't want to OD the kid..I am crossing my fingers.

I hope your grandma is feeling better soon.

Sorry, nat. I didn't mean to forget you or anyone, I swear! I was just in a panic and running amok like a chicken with my head cut off.

I had to steal this hiding guy, hope you don't mind!:flower3:

Y'all I forgot to tell you this. Yesterday I got a letter from AAA congratulating me on winning a contest I had entered with them I won 4-4day tickets to WDW!! These will come in so handy for our December trip, because I think our 10 day tickets were down to just a couple of days left.!! The only thing is that they are not park hoppers, so I don't know how that will work out for us. I probably will try to upgrade to PH, since we have never tried to do one park per day. we will see, but boy, that's a pretty cool "MAJOR AWARD"!!
