Washing Instruction Help!

I have lost the instruction sheet for the Avery Dark transfer sheets I have.
I want to wash one of the finished shirts and don't remember the specifics.
Can anyone help?

I think my DD1 might have helped me lose the sheet....she likes to "help" clean up. I looked on the Avery website hoping to find a copy of the sheet but no luck.
Any help would be great.

My Avery Dark Transfer Instructions say:

For best results, turn garment inside out. Wash garment separately from others (first time only). Machine wash cold. Do not dry clean. Color safe detergent. No chlorine bleach. Remove promptly from washer. Color may bleed if left wet too long. If bleeding occurs rewash immediately.

Tumble dry low. Tip: Add towel to the load to improve drying.

Do not iron on the transferred image. ..
