Washer/dryer at new THV?

I can't tell from all the writeups and descriptions, so does anyone know if the Treehouse Villas will have a washer/dryer, and where in the villa it will be located if yes?

The floor plan I saw had a washer/dryer in a closet immediately inside the front door (to the right on this unit). That pretty well places it in the dining room, but it would give you a good place to fold clean clothes!

The entire villa is located on one level ( not like the original Tree House's which also had a lower level.
