Hopefully this is the best place to post this. We will be in Florida for 11 days total, so we would like to find somewhere to have laundry done. Ideally it would be picked up and dropped off back at our hotel, but we will have a car. I just prefer not to have to run around too much, but it would beat sitting in front of a hot dryer on our vacation.

We had success finding this service in Williamsburg, VA last year. I found one called "She Loves to Do Laundry" but it is $3 per pound with a 20 pound minimum! Does anyone have recommendations for a different place?

Thanks!

I was going to say a local laudrymat but I don’t know where.

We just went for 11 days. Brought 4 outfits for each of us (5). We just brought our tide pods and dryer sheets. If I was up early and it wasn’t a park day I’d do laundry before pool time. Washer takes about 40 min and dryer 60 (or less).

One day I swam while it was being done so I wasn’t stuck in the laundry room.

Have you tried a google search? I am sure there is something out there.

You know what? That's really a great idea. Last year, the hotel we were staying at when we needed laundry did not have washers and dryers. We're going to be doing Hotel hopping this year, and both Royal Pacific (nights 5 and 6) and Comfort Suites (night 7) have washers and dryers available. I can do this. I'm really motivated to make the trip as economical as possible, so this will be fine. Thanks for the encouragement, LOL.

It may be pricey, but have you checked if your hotel offers this as an amenity? A lot of the "full service" hotels do - I've used it in the past when traveling for work.

Pretty sure Disney offers valet laundry service at all the resorts not just the deluxe but it's hellaciously expensive.
Like pp I'm in the carry less wash more group. Less stuff to carry, keep track of, and clean.

And you could also wash a few things out in your sink and dry them in the bath room. Summer clothes don’t take a ton of room and packing your lightest quickest drying stuff is helpful anyway.

It’s canvas and fits perfectly in my carry on luggage (the jet blue size stow over the seat). I tried looking for it online but no such luck! I bought it 2-3 years ago and it used to have a strap to hold it closed but I have no idea when that got cut off!

I know for sure that Royal Pacific has a laundry room. I've used it a few times over the years.
It's not far from the pool.

That is what I was going to say. - I've used the Royal Pacific laundry room - steps from the pool. We just used one suitcase as a hamper and I wheeled that down to the laundry room.
