Was Wishes always at 9pm?

We will be arriving tomorrow for our WDW vacation and I assumed (I know my first mistake) Wishes is at 10pm this time of year. We usually go in October and May and I thought for sure in October Wishes is at 9pm and in May at 10pm. Was this a recent time change or I'm mistaken? Thanks!

The start-time for Wishes changes.
It can even change depending on the night of the week.
