Was today(monday) the big Dr Phil show??

Did I miss it??? Wasn't today the big premier weight loss show?? If so what happened? Anything good? Are they going to have follow-ups?

Well....I only saw part of it. What he did was show a lot of people who wanted to be included in his challenge. No decisions were made, or did I miss something important?

It seems to me it was simply some of the people who applied to be part of the challenge and he told their stories. He did not say who would be chosen. Sort of a Dr. Phil "cliff hangar".

A money maker for sure. He is beginning to aggravate me.

Katholyn, I have to say I agree with you....

I'm beginning to get "Dr. Phil Overkill"!! I absolutely loved him when he was on Oprah once a week. I even taped the diet shows he did then, because I thought he had such good things to say. But every day is getting to be a little much.

Kinda like Emeril on the Food Network. Great in small doses.

It will die down after this week I bet. Its all pomp and circumstance promoting the new book. I know he is everywhere and even I think its overkill, but its really common when someone is promoting their new book/movie/TVshow/CD. I always get sick of celebrities before I actually see the movie lol.


Anyway, he is choosing the group of 12 today. I think he needed to do that to show how many thousands of people sent in their tapes. Just MHO though
