When DH and I were on our Honeymoon, we ate at a revolving restaurant in Epcot. I assumed it was the Coral Reef, but I don't see anywhere that the Coral Reef revolves.
I don't specifically remember the fish...just the revolving part!

Sorry I am not much help... Can anyone help me locate this restaurant...Maybe it is gone.

It was either the Land Grill or Garden Grill depending on when your honeymoon was.

It sounds like you mean the Garden Grill in the Land Pavillion at Epcot. The restaurant slowly revolves on the 2nd floor of the Pavillion overlooking the "Living with the Land" ride. It has kind of a "country" themed menu with everything served family style. Mickey & characters are there dressed in Farmer outfits!

Yes, I remember it overlooking the ride now...so it was definitely it...They must have really changed the restaurant since I have been there...
from what I recall, it was more of a sit down fancier restaurant.
